The Periyar National Park is one of 28 tiger reserves in India. Currently live but only 5 tiger in the park and was last seen in December one. It showed the Mahoud (elephant driver) can work like the elephant and told them, to move some tree stumps and place. After work we stopped for a chai and banana in a small shop, where the elephant got some bananas, since he did the main work. All sweaty and dirty as the elephant for the ride, he of course had to be washed. He lay in a small pond and we roughs with brush and coconut shells, the thick skin. We could of course consider all the details of an elephant up close and learn about this animal. Finally we were allowed to feed the elephants.
In the evening, it struck me again on the stomach, making the program the next day we were still open. Actually we wanted to make a trek but since by 6 clock in the morning no one could say really take place if and when one should be Dominik decided spontaneously to the 7 clock sightseeing boat to go. I was careful this time to cure my bed to my stomach.
Later in the afternoon I ventured then still on the sightseeing tour by boat to leave. We saw many different birds, buffalo, deer, wild boar, a turtle and in the morning even elephants.
